Have you ever experienced domestic cleaning? we're looking for high standards and attention to detail.

We're looking for passionate cleaners to take care of our clients homes. We need cleaners to be capable to work as part of a team and also alone on their own initiative.

We need efficient cleaners that can work at a reasonably fast pace and use satnav to your next destination correctly.

Why choose us?

We're supporting self employed cleaners to join a growing and talented team. Maids of Worcestershire train to a high standard and continuously support their cleaners to reach their goal. We provide your cleaning equipment and products weekly . We pay £14 per hour and that includes your travel time for that added extra. We support and guide you with Monzo business for your income and tax deductions. We are supported by Bright HR with a fantastic rota system for both management and staff to use. 

The next step

We interview all applicants firstly.

We need Two references and One personal reference at the interview.

We will be checking on your sick days in previous jobs.

Once references are back we will ask you to shadow some cleans and you will be paid £50 each time for this once your first week is complete.

You will be on 3 months probation and this will be reviewed in a face to face meeting.

Zero hours. Work will be suited to your daily life as we know life can be busy with school runs and children. 

Equipment and cleaning products will be signed over with a contract for return to Maids of Worcestershire if you leave the role.

Self invoices to be sent to management on Fridays weekly.

Drivers needed with own car preferably but we do hire non drivers.
