Builders Cleans

Our Builders Cleans offer an excellent service consisting of eliminating dust from all surfaces, floors and walls as required. We make sure that we leave the newly built home looking immaculate and ready for new homeowners. Our Builders Cleans also caters for clients already living in their home but have recently had work done.

Our Builders Cleans ensure that homes will be shining and spotless, no signs of dust anywhere to be found. This will mean that the home will be ready for new owners to come in and create memories or for families to enjoy their spotless home with their newest addition. 

  • Builders Cleans cannot be used as a package.
  • Complete deep clean
  • Windows, PVC, Skirting boards, Tiles, Cupboards, Internal doors, Floors, Bathroom Suites, Switches, Sockets and appliances
  • £50 Deposit is required which will be taken off of end payment

Deep Cleaning

Our Deep Cleaning service provides a thorough and detailed cleaning of your entire home, reaching every nook and cranny for a fresh and pristine living space.

 Take a look at our gold service to see what we cover plus the added extra of moving furniture to get that more in-depth clean that the gold package package does not cover in the list. we can clean the bottom of a stained toilet also within a deep clean. if you are looking at a starting price then here are some rough estimates:

small apartment 1-2 beds from £100 (depending on clutter and standard already before the clean)

2-4+ bed house/barn with en-suite (depending on clutter and standard already)
starting from £300

Houses that are horded and need to be emptied before work can commence will be looking at a higher price starting from £500.

Quotes can only be estimated with a visit before hand and so you need to book this in.
